Mahesh Babu‘s sister-in-law tests are positive for COVID-19. Covid-19 and Omicron cases are increasing in the country yet again. Several Bollywood celebs have tested Covid positive. Actress Shilpa Shirodkar, known for her roles in films like Khuda Gawah, Aankhen, Pehchaan, and others, has tested positive for Covid-19. She took to Instagram to inform the same to her fans and followers. Shilpa was vaccinated for Covid-19 in Dubai this year. 
In an Instagram post, the 1990’s well-known star shared that she had tested positive four days prior.
“COVID POSITIVE!!! #day4,” the actor, who was the first Indian celebrity to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, wrote.
Shirodkar, who stays in Dubai with her family, had gotten a punch of the Sinopharm vaccine in January this year.
“Stay safe everyone, please get vaccinated and follow all the rules… your government knows what is best for you. Lots of love #Getvaccinated #maskon #staysafe,” she said.
Back in India, particularly in Maharashtra, the instances of COVID-19 are rising indeed. The state on Wednesday recorded a rise in new COVID-19 cases at 3,900, including 85 of Omicron, as indicated by the state wellbeing division.
Shilpa Shirodkar is a Bollywood actress who made her film debut with 1989’s Bhrashtachar. She went on to star in films like Kishen Kanhaiya (1990), Trinetra (1991), and Hum (1991). For her performance in the Amitabh Bachchan-starrer Khuda Gawah, she was nominated in the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress category. Her last Hindi film outing was the 2000 film Gaja Gamini. Shilpa Shirodkar has also worked on TV. She was seen in shows like Savitri Devi College & Hospital, Silsila Pyaar Ka and Ek Mutthi Aasmaan.
