After the hit Hridiya, fans are eagerly waiting for Vineeth Srinivasan and Pranav Mohanlal’s upcoming movie ‘Varashankan Pari’. Singer Bombay Jayashree’s son Amrit Ramnath is composing the music for the film. Amruth composed the tunes for the film with determination to regain her mental health while the singer was in hospital following a brain haemorrhage. Now director Vineeth Srinivasan’s words about Amrit are touching the hearts of fans.

Two and a half years later I attended a listening session with Think Music. After switching off all the lights like last time, I listened to all the songs from the movie Naasari Parvi. After this was done Santosh and Mahesh of Think Music had a big smile on their faces when the lights were put back on. They embraced Amrit and said thus. “Welcome to this family”.

I had seen the suffering Amrit had gone through in the past few months. Amrit composed the tunes for the first three songs in the hospital room while tending to our beloved Jayashree Maam in a critical condition in the hospital. A mini studio will be set up in the hospital room and the tunes that come to mind will be sung to the mother. Then send it to me. Jayashree madam told Amrit on the phone that it would be good if he wrote the lyrics according to the second melody sent by Amrit. Accordingly we discussed and came to an agreement on what the first words of the song should be. The very next day Amrit sent the first four lines of the song. I was thrilled to see it. I got a glimpse of the legend Bombay Jayashree Ma’am. – Vineet noted.

I have asked several times if Amrit should postpone work for a while till things get a little easier. But his answer was always the same. “Vineeth, composing music for your film is like healing myself.” I can’t wait for the world to hear the music this 25-year-old has made for years to come’ – Vineeth Srinivasan Yeuthi.
