Tollywood actor and Megastar, Chiranjeevi Konidela, has tested positive for Covid-19 despite taking the necessary precautions.
The actor took to online social media immediately on bat Wednesday to impart to fans that he is presently under home quarantine in the wake of having mild symptoms. He likewise mentioned every person who interacted with him to get tested. Sharing the news via web-based media, he expressed, “Dear All, Despite all precautions, I have tested Covid 19 Positive with mild symptoms last night and am quarantining at home. I request all who came in contact with me over the last few days to get tested too. Can’t wait to see you all back soon! (sic)”

He additionally shared Republic Day wishes before in the day expressing, “Saluting the pillars of our Great Indian Constitution: Justice, Equality, Liberty & Fraternity. May our Tricolour always fly high. Happy 73rd #RepublicDay to every Indian! (sic)”

After he made the announcement, the comments section was filled with get well soon wishes from friends, family, and fans. Once more Covid cases are on an ascent in the nation and a few Tollywood celebs including Tharun Bhascker, Vishwak Sen, Nisha Aggarwal, Lakshmi Manchu, and others had tested positive as of late.

The film, also starring Ram Charan, was supposed to release in theatres on February 4, 2022. However, due to an increase in Covid-19 cases, the makers have postponed the release. A new release date will be announced once the situation normalizes. Directed by Koratala Siva, the film also features Kajal Aggarwal and Pooja Hegde in lead roles.
