Mamtha Mohandas Opts Out Of Prithviraj’s Next and This Popular Actress Has Replaced Her!

Detrotte Crossing otherwise known as Ranam is an up and coming film of performer Prithviraj, the shooting of which as of now has initiated. Prior, it was accounted for that Mamtha Mohandas will be playing the main woman of the motion picture.

Reportedly, popular actress Isha Talwar, who made her debut in Thattathin Marayathu will be replacing Mamtha Mohandas in this Prithviraj starrer.

As per the reports, Mamtha Mohandas has moved out of the venture because of date issues. Mamtha Mohandas will be occupied with the shoot of her up and coming film Carbon, including Fahadh Faasil ahead of the pack part.

Indeed, Detroit Crossing coordinated by Nirmal Sahadev will be shot basically in the US and Prithviraj has alloted near 50 days for the shoot.

We have begun shoot and she is making an incredible showing with regards to!” he says.

The actress herself is all excited about doing a Malayalam film again, after Two Countries. “Everything happened quickly. When I got a call from Nirmal last month, I thought someone is pranking me. Then Prithviraj texted me and again I thought it’s a spam message. It took a while to realise that this is a genuine offer,” she says with a laugh.

Since the director is of the same age as her, it’s easy to work with the team, she adds, without revealing much about her role. “It’s something totally different from all that I have done so far. All I can say is that I’m playing a mother in the film.”
Detroit Crossing is being shot in the US, and revolves around gang wars involving Tamils in Detroit.
