It is reported that the censoring of the horror thriller Bramayugam starring Mammootty and directed by Rahul Sadashivan will be done this year. New updates of Bramyugam are now going viral on social media.
If that happens, Bramyugam might also join the ranks of Mammootty films being considered for this year’s awards. If that happens, there is a high possibility that Mammootty will be eligible for the award for his performance in the films Kathal The Core, Kannur Squad, and Bramyugam. Bramyugam is the first Malayalam film produced by Y Note Studios and Night Shift Studios.
The film, which is being prepared as a horror thriller, is being shot in black and white. Reports are coming out that it is a ghost story that is about a hundred years old and belongs to the illusion age. Mammootty’s look in the film has already grabbed attention. Bramyugam, which started shooting on August 17, has been completed in Kochi, Ottapalam and Athirappily.
According to reports, the film is Mammootty’s first pan-Indian film to be released in 5 languages, and the film is entirely in black and white. Arjun Ashokan, Siddharth Bharathan, and Amalda Lees also play prominent roles in the film. Rahul Sadashivan is a young director who made his mark in Malayalam cinema with the horror film ‘Bhuthakalam’. The past with Shane Nigam and Revathi as the lead characters were different from the traditional horror movies that Malayalam was used to seeing till then.
Because of that, ‘Bramayugam’ is a multi-lingual film that the audience is eagerly waiting for. Ever since Mammootty’s first look was released in September, fans have been in a frenzy.
