Laththi is a film in which Vishal played the lead role. The movie hit the theaters on December 22. The blockbuster hit has now been released in OTT. The film was written and directed by A Vinod Kumar. Apart from Vishal, Sunaina also appeared in the lead role. The other stars of the movie were Prabhu, Munishkanth, A Venkatesh, Vinod Sagar, and Sunny PN.

The actor plays a cop named Murukanandam in the film. Laththi was an action thriller film produced by Ramana and Nanda under the banner of Rana Productions. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the music for the film. Besides Tamil, Lathi has been released in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. Balasubramanian and Balakrishna Thota have done the cinematography and the editing of the film has been done by NB Srikanth.
