“….SUDHEESH….The ACTOR!!! From my first movie as a hero to my first movie as a producer… In the greatest blockbusters of my film career from Aniyathipravu to Anjaam Pathiraa…. he has been with me as a co-actor, a well-wisher, and a friend, always!! And after 34 years in the Malayalam film industry when he gets his first State Award,I know that like so many who has known and seen his performances, it has come a wee bit late than expected. The quintessential “Boy next door” in Malayalam movies for almost three decades, now we are witnessing the Actor in him grazing the unexplored areas never seen before. I sincerely believe that this is just the small beginning of many more Bigger ones to come your way, dear friend!! Kudos to the entire team who made this possible for you and Cheers to many greater, memorable movies together man!!! @sudheesh_actor (sic),” Kunchacko Boban wrote in his web-based media note.
