Vetri Maaran is one of the Tamil directors who has been winning over viewers with his distinct approach to filmmaking. The next movie he will be directing is called “Viduthalai”. Soori and Vijay Sethupathi play the lead characters in the movie, which is based on Jeyamohan’s novel Thunaivan. According to reports, Vetri Maaran has finished shooting “Viduthalai.” In Tamil Nadu, the filmmaker has been consistently filming the movie since the beginning of the shooting process in 2020. Due to the lengthened version of the plot, “Viduthalai” was intended to be split into two parts, and on Tuesday, filming for both parts came to an end.

Soon, the official announcement will be made, and when the team completes the lengthy endeavour, we may anticipate some joyful photos from them. The first portion of “Viduthalai,” which Vetri Maaran will be concentrating on finishing up, is scheduled to hit theatres on January 26. Since the director didn’t want fans to have to wait too long, the second installment will be released quickly.

Vetri Maaran has also signed Suriya for the movie “Vaadivaasal,” but principal photography has not yet started. The busy director is anticipated to start shooting “Vaadivaasal” after wrapping up post-production and releasing the first installment of “Viduthalai,” and anticipation for the movie is already high given the pairing of two up-and-coming actors.

“Vaadivaasal” is one of the highly awaited films in Kollywood. The film stars Suriya in the lead role. The project is bankrolled by Kalaippuli S Thanu. The test shoot took place earlier this year on the outskirts of Chennai.
