Thalapathy Vijay will be part of the 100th project of Super Good Films

Currently, Thalapathy Vijay is preoccupied with Vamshi Paidipally’s Varisu. The Beast actor has landed another project before he finishes filming this big-budget comedy with Rashmika Mandanna. Jiiva said that Thalapathy Vijay will play the lead in the 100th film of the production company Super Good Films during a recent media appearance to promote his new game show Sarkaar.

He was quoted saying, “Thalapathy Vijay met RB Chaudary last week and agreed to work on the prestigious 100th production venture. I have been asking my dad to give me a role in the film. I told him that I’d be happy to do the film without getting a remuneration.” For the unaware, Super Good Films was founded by Jiiva’s father, RB Chaudary.

Additionally, Thalapathy Vijay will take the protagonist role in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s film, currently titled Thalapathy67. Now, we can exclusively reveal that Sanjay Dutt has been cast in this mafia drama’s antagonist role. A sources nearby the script told us, “The script demands the presence of multiple powerful villains and who better than Sanjay Dutt to play one of the many baddies in this yet untitled film? Lokesh has been in conversation with Sanjay Dutt for a while now and things have finally fallen in place. The actor is been paid a gigantic amount of Rs 10 crore to act in the film.”

The sources further disclosed that Thalapathy67 filming is anticipated to start in October or November of this year. The rumor mill also claims that Prithviraj would portray a villain in the film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The actor has not yet put his name on the contract.
