An official notification stated that the Tamil-Telugu bilingual film Vaathi/Sir, starring Dhanush, will be released on December 2. Samyuktha Menon plays the major female role in the Venky Atluri-directed movie. The teaser for SIR/Vaathi that featured Dhanush as a junior lecturer earlier was favorably accepted by all audiences. The technical team for the movie consists of editor Navin Nooli, a National Award winner, and cinematographer Dinesh Krishnan, who has worked on such films as Soodhu Kavvum, Sethupathi, Thegidi, Mr. Local, and Maara. The music director has been confirmed as GV Prakash Kumar. Narra Srinivas, Tanikella Bharani, and Sai Kumar also perform in supporting parts.
Some extremely gifted craftsmen are working on the enormous project. Dinesh Krishnan B controls the camera while GV Prakash Kumar creates the audio for the film. Editing and production design are handled by Naveen Nooli and Avinash Kolla, respectively. Dhanush most recently appeared in the feel-good drama “Thiruchitrambalam.” He’s expecting the release of ‘Naane Varuvean’, directed by Selvaraghavan, by the month end.
Meanwhile, Dhanush also has a Tamil film named Naane Varuven, directed by his sibling and filmmaker Selvaraghavan. Dhanush is also enjoying the success of his recently released film Thiruchitrabalam. In the month of May this year, famous Tamil actor Dhanush completed 20 years in the film industry.
