The 3D dream action spy thriller Vikrant Rona is Rangitaranga producer Anup Bhandari’s first film with Kiccha Sudeep. The couple had before reported a film called Billa Ranga Badshah, yet chose to proceed the content of Vikrant Rona, which, at that point, was called Phantom, all things considered.
