Director Selvaraghavan is making his acting debut with the film ‘Saani Kaayidham’. He will be seen working with national award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh. This is the second movie helmed by Arun Matheswaran who made his debut with the film ‘Rocky’ which was released in 2021 and was a humongous hit.
It was before announced that the movie is avoiding a dramatic release and will debut directly on the OTT Platform. Presently, reports propose that the film will be released on April 7 in OTT. The creators of the film have not yet made an official announcement.
‘Saani Kaayidham’ is a vengeance action dramatization which is set during the 1980s. Keerthy Suresh and Selvaraghavan are said to play the role of siblings. The promotion for the film is on top as both the lead actors shared an extreme banner on their online media. Just a few days ago, Keerthy Suresh has taken to her Twitter handle to share a new glimpse of her role in the movie. Sharing two images, Keerthy wrote, “Loading #SaaniKaayidham”.

Produced under the banner of Screen Scene Media Entertainment, the music for the movie is composed by Sam CS .‘Saani Kaayidham’ is based on a real-life incident that happened in 1980.
In the meantime, Selvaraghavan is also acting in ‘Beast’ which will be released on April 14. He is currently directing the film ‘Naane Varuven’ including Dhanush. Keerthy Suresh will be found in her next Telugu film ‘Sarkaru Vaari Patta’ which is planned to release in theaters on May 12.
