The number of movies released this year in Kannada film industry is reportedly low compared to the movies of various languages in the Indian cinema. Movies produced in other languages often get dubbed in Kannada.
For many and much years, Kannada film industry stood against dubbing. But the dubbing of ‘KGF’ in other languages change the scene for the nation-wide cine-goers and the trend sort of kicked-off in Kannada film industry too. ‘Kanchana 3’ is the latest one trumpeting to join the bandwagon of those films.
Being a horror-comedy genre, ‘Kanchana-3’ was supposed to be released on April 26. But due to some reasons unstated, the film hit the theatres yesterday on the occasion of Labour’s Day. Raghavendra Productions has successfully acquired Kannada dubbing rights of the movie which has been directed by Raghava Lawrence. Kannada version distribution rights were gained by KSK Sorel. According to the reported sources, the movie was released in 70 theatres across Karnataka.
Starring Vedika, Oviya and Nikki Tamboli, and others, ‘Kanchana-3’ has already been released in Tamil, Telugu and directed by Raghava Lawrence.
