According to earlier reported about Dulquer Salmaan signing for a Tamil named as ‘Vaan’. Debutant Ra Karthik is directing the movie which is touted to be a romantic travelogue. The movie officially begins today with a pooja ceremony. Along with Dulquer, the movie will also have three female lead roles. Kalyani Priyadarshan and Kriti Kharbanda have already been roped in. The makers are yet to confirm the third heroine.

‘Vaan’ will mark the debut of Kalyani Priyadarshan in Tamil. Kalyani and Dulquer have known each other from childhood. It will be interesting to see their on-screen chemistry. Kriti has acted with Dulquer in the Hindi film, ‘Karwaan’, where she did a cameo appearance.
Vaan, according to the makers, is a feel-good movie that has love, travel, emotions and every aspect of a light-hearted film. Shoot will be commencing this month and the team will be travelling all across the country as the storyline travels from Chennai to Kolkata. The movie’s technical crew includes DOP George C Williams, well known for his splendid works in movies like ‘Theri’, ‘Kaththi’ and ‘Raja Rani’, multiple national award winning editor Sreekar Prasad and composer Dheena Dhayalan.
