The movie, a sequel to the hugely successful Indian from 1996, was put on hold after a serious accident during the production that even resulted in the deaths of some staff members. Kamal Haasan recently traveled to the United States to restart the film’s production since he was concerned about its ongoing delay. It is now anticipated that the ambitious drama would resume production soon. The group is also finalizing Indian 2’s remaining cast.
