After the huge success of Kaduva in the theatres, the trailer of Prithviraj and Shaji Kailas‘ big-budget film ‘Kaapa’ has been released. The trailer of the film featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran as Kota Madhu was released by the Sarigama channel. Sarigama and Theater of Dreams are bringing the film to theaters.
The film is based on GR Indugopan’s novel Shankhumukhi. Indu Gopan himself is writing the film. The film will hit the screens on December 22 as a Christmas release. The movie tells the story of local gangsters in Thiruvananthapuram. After a long break, Prithviraj is returning to his native capital city for filming.
Kaapa is a film produced in association with Theater of Dreams and FEFCA Writers Union, started in partnership with Jinu V Abraham, Dolvin Kuriakos, and Dileesh Nair. Aparna Balamurali is playing the heroine in the film. Asif Ali, Anna Ben, Dileesh Pothan, Jagadish, and Nandu are other important actors in Kappa. Prithviraj’s character is named Kota Madhu.
