In terms of casting, technical standards, and production values, Thalapathy Vijay’s 67th film, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is getting larger and better. Ponniyin Selvan star Trisha Krishnan has joined the cast of Thalapthy 67, joining Sanjay Dutt, Priya Anand, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Menon, and Mysskin, among others.
The official Twitter handle of the production house shared a video featuring scenes from Vijay and Trisha’s films. The tweet read, “Vantom.. Neenga keta update idho (Here we are with the update you were asking for) After 14 years, Get ready to meet the sensational on-screen pair once again (sic).”

In the film, Trisha Krishnan plays the leading heroine opposite Vijay. This will be Trisha’s fifth film with Vijay. After 14 years, the magical couple is now ready to collaborate. Sanjay Dutt, Priya Anand, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Menon, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mathew Thomas, and Sandy Master star in Thalapathy 67. Under the banner of 7 Screen Studio, S S Lalit Kumar is producing the film on a large scale, with co-producer Jagadish Palanisamy.
The film’s soundtrack will be composed by Anirudh Ravichander, and the cinematography will be handled by Manoj Paramahamsa. N. Sathees Kumar is the art director, while Philomin Raj is the editor. Ramkumar Balasubramanian serves as the show’s Executive Producer.
More information about the cast and crew of ‘Thalapathy 67’ is scheduled to be released soon! Lokesh Kanagaraj stated in an interview that Thalapathy 67, like his three previous films, Maanagaram, Kaithi, and Vikram, is a part of LCU aka Lokesh Cinematic Universe. He did not, however, directly confirm the same. He also claimed that it will be entirely his film in his own way, complete with Thalapathy Vijay’s characteristic hit formula of songs and a touch of romance.
