With the enormous success of the KGF franchise, Yash, the well-known Kannada actor, became a star throughout all India. KGF: Chapter 2, the second film in the Prashanth Neel-directed series, became one of the Indian film industry’s all-time biggest box office hits. Yash has not yet revealed his upcoming project, although he is reportedly in negotiations with a number of prestigious production companies and directors for it. The KGF singer reportedly intends to enter politics shortly, according to rumours.
After Yash’s photos with Nara Lokesh, the National General Secretary of the TDP, went viral online, rumours about his foray into politics began to circulate. The pan-Indian star allegedly met Lokesh in order to pursue a career in politics. The KGF star, according to sources close to him, has no current plans to run for office, which refutes the reports.
A source close to Yash said, “There is a lot of conversation happening in the social media circuit in regards to the meeting of Superstar Yash and politician Nara Lokesh. The fact is, Yash was at the Taj Westin hotel in Bangalore and happened to bump into him. It was simply a coincidence and the two just exchanged some pleasantries. People are reading too much into the same and giving rise to unnecessary speculations which are not true at any level.”

The gifted actor captured the hearts of millions of people with his depiction of Rocky Bhai in the KGF films. Rocky Bhai is a simple youngster who grows up to become a feared don and the boss of the labourers in the Kolar Gold Fields. The first instalment, which was released in 2018, showed Rocky’s ascent to power; the second, which was released in April of this year, centres on Rocky’s life after achieving that position. If the rumours are true, Yash may make a comeback as Rocky Bhai in one of the next films by Prashanth Neel, most likely Salaar, which stars Prabhas in the major role.
