Hotstar’s first Malayalam series ‘Kerala Crime Files Shiju Parayil Veedu’ has been released. Leading Malayalam actors Lal and Aju Varghese are playing the lead characters in this series. The story of the series is set as an edge-of-the-seat crime thriller that touches deeply through the characters. Apart from Malayalam, the series will also be available in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Bengali and Marathi languages. The teaser shows Aju and Lalu as policemen who come to investigate the murder of a sex worker. A case with no evidence other than a fake register entry of Shiju Parayil Veedu Needakara leads the police to shocking and thrilling discoveries. The exciting journey of the police through this case is the main attraction of the series.
Produced by Rahul Riji Nair under the banner of First Print Studios, ‘Kerala Crime Files Shiju Parayil Veedu, Neendakara’ is directed by Ahmed Kabir. Scripted by talented writer Ashiq Aimar, the series has cinematography by Jitin Stanislaus. Music composed by Hisham Abdulwahab and edited by Mahesh Bhuvanend.
