Shamna Kasim, blackmailing actress, arrested The complaint alleges that he tried to extort money after being introduced as a tic-tac-toe player in Kasargod. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested by Shadow Police. Rafeeq (30) from Vadanapilli, Ramesh (35) from Kadavannur, Sharath (25) from Kaipamangalam and Ashraf (52) from Chettuwa were arrested last night. Other police stations have many complaints against the accused.
