South actor Allu Arjun has overwhelmed the movies with his performance in ‘Pushpa‘. Similarly, Vijay Deverakonda too intrigued the fans with his performance in ‘Arjun Reddy‘. South entertainers are arising as public hotshots and Bollywood directors are prepared to rope in these famous names. Notwithstanding, South entertainers put in a great deal of thought prior to making all necessary endorsements. Here’s the list of Bollywood films that were declined by south stars.

Vijay Deverakonda declined ‘Dear Comrade’

Before ‘Liger’, Karan Johar had offered Vijay Deverakonda the Hindi redo of ‘Dear Comrade’. As per reports, Karan Johar had purchased the rights of ‘Dear Comrade’ for about Rs 6 crore. Vijay turned down the redo of his own blockbuster film, expressing that he doesn’t see any point in recounting a similar story two times. Vijay had expressed that he can’t re-try the whole set of feelings and that the redo was not an interesting idea for him.

Nayanthara declined ‘Chennai Express’

Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara are good to work together in Atlee’s next, however, did you know the famous South actress had recently rejected SRK’s ‘Chennai Express’? The movie featured Deepika Padukone in the lead role. The director Rohit Shetty had offered the hit melody ‘One Two Three Four’ to Nayanthara who had declined the song. The producers then, at that point, roped in Priyamani, who amazed the crowd with her quick dance moves.

Allu Arjun declined ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’

Allu Arjun has a huge rundown of blockbusters amazingly and the actor got a substantial proposal from Bollywood as well. Before Salman Khan attempted the job of Pawan in this performer, Kabir Khan had moved toward Allu Arjun. The popular Telugu entertainer apparently couldn’t do ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ cause of date issues.

Rashmika Mandanna rejected ‘Jersey’

Rashmika Mandanna is good to go to make a big appearance in Bollywood with ‘Mission Majnu’, however, before that, the Pushpa fame was offered ‘Jersey’ opposite Shahid Kapoor. Uncovering the justification behind dismissing the offers, Rashmika had told a news channel, “I got that opportunity because of the choices I have made till now. I don’t think this choice is going to go bad. ‘Jersey’ needs a lot of you. It is almost realistic. Right now, only doing commercial films, I am going insane. Imagine doing something like ‘Jersey’ and not being able to pull it off. If I am part of a film, it has to be because I need to give in to the film. I will not accept any project to which I feel I can’t give a lot. The ‘Jersey’ remake was huge. Anyone would do it but then I don’t want to come to set and be all tired. I feel they (the film’s makers) deserve more. Someone who can give in energy.”
