Traders have blocked the shooting of the Dhyan Srinivasan Starer film. The organization stopped the fight scene which was set up inside the market after taking the prior permission of the city council. The action would affect trade and demand for money. The shooting of Dhyan Srinivasan’s film Ossana is taking place in Kattappana. Two days ago, the crew obtained permission to shoot inside the vegetable market by paying a certain amount from the Kattapana Municipal Corporation.

In the morning, the lead actors and unit members reached the market for shooting. At this time, a merchant committee reached the leaders and stopped them. The action was to demand Rs. 30,000. An organization scene was supposed to be filmed here. The problem was solved by giving money as there would be a huge loss if the shooting was stopped. The municipal chairperson said that she would investigate the situation in which the merchant association bought the money. At the same time, the representatives of the trade association explained that the shooting was stopped because it would affect the business during the filming. They also stated that the amount received from the activists was distributed to the traders.
