One of the most prominent and gifted actors in the South Asian film industry is Dhanush. He has given numerous blockbuster hits over the course of his 20-year career, and his upcoming international film The Gray Man, which also stars Chris Evans, Ryan Gosling, and Ana De Armas, is poised to break into the Hollywood mainstream. Dhanush and the main cast of The Gray Man attended the Los Angeles international premiere, where they all donned chic attire.
Dhanush stands out among the others thanks to his sharp appearance in a traditional three-piece black and white suit. The South Indian actor, posing for photos on the red carpet of the awards ceremony, epitomized elegance with his formal appearance, long haircut, and understated smile.
Dhanush portrays Avik San, an assassin, in The Gray Man. He says he feels like a newcomer again despite having scarcely any lines in the film. In an online press conference with international media, Dhanush said, I had a great time understanding how Hollywood works. I’ve done about 50 films – 22 years of work in the Indian film industry. You often don’t get the chance to feel like a newcomer. The first time, it all happens in a blur. You don’t realize what’s happening. This time, I had an opportunity to look at myself like a newcomer. It was really amazing.”
Recently, When asked about being part of the project and how he landed doing the film, Dhanush said: “I don’t know how I ended up in this film.” His response left everyone in the room splits.
On July 22, 2022, Netflix will launch the movie, which was directed by Avengers: Endgame creators Anthony and Joe Russo and is based on a Mark Greaney novel series. Yesterday, the makers of Dhanush’s next Thiruchitrambalam announced that the second single titled Megham Karukkatha will be presented to movie lovers this Friday, July 15. The film is set for theatrical release on August 18. It is directed by Mithran Jawahar.
