Corona has confirmed Chiranjeevi Sarja’s brother and actor Dhruva Sarja and his wife Prerna Shankar. Dhruva Sarja himself made the announcement on Twitter. Dhruva Sarja tweeted that he was diagnosed with the disease when he was admitted to the hospital for mild symptoms. Dhruva also demanded that those who have been in contact with him in the last few days should have a corona test.

Meanwhile, the number of cases in Karnataka is on the rise. About 2,500 people have been diagnosed with the disease in the past 24 hours. This brings the total number of cases in the state to 44,077. 17,390 people have been cured. So far 842 deaths have been reported in the state.

Dhruva is the nephew of actor Arjun Sarja. Chiranjeevi Sarja died on June 7. He was rushed to a hospital where he suffered a heart attack after experiencing shortness of breath and chest pain. Doctors at the hospital tried their best to save his life but failed. The family was shocked by Chiranjeevi’s departure. Chiranjeevi Sarja, 39, was the life partner of actress Meghna Raj. COVID had recently confirmed to actress Sumalata in Karnataka. Producer and actor Rockline Venkatesh, who was in touch with Sumalata, was recently admitted to hospital due to shortness of breath.
