Actor Dileep’s bail plea will be held within a couple of days. Justice Sunil Thomas’s Bench will pronounce the verdict. The argument and the defense were completed last week. Dileep had approached the HC for the third time on bail. The High Court had earlier rejected the bail pleas.
Sunil Kumar, the first accused in the case, had filed a petition to attack her with dileep. The removal of the investigating officers is likely to submit a chargesheet this week. Dilip Jail will be completed 90 days in jail this month. However, the prosecution has not been able to find a definitive evidence of a mobile phone and memory card in the case.
Dileep’s bail plea was rejected by the Angamali Magistrate Court. The accused has been charged with serious offense. The bench said, “It is not possible to grant bail. Dilip was arrested by the police on July 10 when the actress was arrested.
