Anushka Sharma will play a cricketer for the first time in the film, which is a biopic of legendary cricketer Jhulan Goswami. She had actually been working out hard on the cricket field to get into character. Anushka has finished filming the first phase of Chakda Xpress, and the film will be released on Netflix. Anushka Sharma was last seen in the 2018 film Zero. She shared screen space with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in the Aanand L Rai directorial.
