After taking a break of 11 years, veteran actress Sharmila Tagore is now going to make a comeback in movies. She will star in the film Gulmohar, which will likewise highlight Manoj Bajpayee and Amol Palekar alongwith Suraj Sharma and Simran Rishi Bagga in lead roles. The movie is scheduled to release in August 2022 on the OTT stage Disney+ Hotstar. Teh film is directed by Rahul Chittella. It rotates around the multi-generation Batra family who are all set to move out of their 34-year-old family home.
Sharmila was most recently seen in the 2010 film, Break Ke Baad featuring Deepika Padukone and Imran Khan.
