Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan asks the court to return his passport back

It has been a while since Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son Aryan Khan received bail and got a clean chit in the narcotics case. The Narcotics Control Bureau didn’t name Aryan Khan in the charge sheet that was recorded for the situation after a cruise was struck in Mumbai in October 2021. Presently, that the young star kid has been conceded a clean chit, Aryan Khan is looking for the return of his passport.

As per a report in Press Trust of India, Aryan Khan filed an application in the special court, for his passport. The request application was filed on Thursday, 30 June, through his lawyers Amit Desai and Rahul Agarwal of Desai Desai Carrimjee and Mulla. In the application, Aryan Khan has mentioned that the NCB charge sheet doesn’t have his name and thus his passport must be returned.

The court took cognizance of the matter and coordinated with the NCB to document an answer. The court has likewise posted the matter for hearing on 13 July.

Aryan Khan had to give up his passport as part of his bail conditions and was restricted from flying out of the country or traveling outside Mumbai. He was also asked to be present at the NCB Office for his weekly attendance for the first few months. Aryan Khan spent over three weeks at Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail where his father Shah Rukh Khan also came to meet him.

Shah Rukh Khan’s son is fostering different thoughts, of which a web series and a component film made by him for Red Chillies Entertainment are at the front. Aryan has been dealing with these ideas for a long while and has proactively begun the series.
