On Saturday, producer Rohit Shetty took to web-based media to gladly report a biopic on courageous cop Rakesh Maria, who is known to have faced the Mumbai underground, solved 1993 serial blasts and interrogated 26/11 terrorist, Ajmal Kasab.
Ace director, Rohit Shetty has now reported a biopic on the life of one of the most enriched officials of Mumbai Police, previous Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria. The movie director declared this today on his web-based entertainment handle and shared a photograph with the previous cop. Grasping a book on the embellished official, Rohit grinned wide as he posed with to the fearless cop of the Mumbai Police. For this biopic, Rohit has teamed up with Reliance Entertainment. The biopic will be based on the experiences of his accomplished career and will be helmed by the ace filmmaker, Rohit Shetty himself.
Rohit took to online social media and stated, “From solving the 93 Mumbai blast case, fearlessly facing the mumbai underworld during the late 90s to interrogating the lone surviving terrorist, Ajmal Kasab & standing strong for his city during the 26/11 attacks…Rakesh Maria has been a name synonymous with courage and valour!Feel honoured to be bringing this real life supercop’s journey to screen!!!@rohitshettypicturez.”
Discussing the declaration, producer and director, Rohit Shetty said in a proclamation, “Rakesh Maria: The man who stared terror in the face for 36 years!!
