Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal are one of Bollywood’s most beloved couples. They are currently everywhere in the news since they are getting married this year. Richa and Ali plan to wed in September 2022. There will be two wedding ceremonies—one in Mumbai and the other in the capital. The pandemic ruined the lovebirds’ 2020 wedding, which was scheduled to take place. According to a recent source, Richa and Ali will wrap all their filming by September 25 in time for their wedding.
Ali and Richa will be having a quirky sangeet ceremony and the couple is going to keep five key functions. “There’s a sangeet, a wedding ceremony with traditional rituals, which would be more of an intimate family affair, and three receptions — one smaller intimate one with the family, in Mumbai, one bigger party for all industry friends, and one in Delhi, as Richa’s extended family is there,” said the report. Their sangeet ceremony will feature some unique performances. The pair is still speaking to people, and their sangeet event won’t be like others hosted by Bollywood celebrities.
All upcoming shootings for Ali and Richa will be completed by September 25. Their respective teams have also been instructed to make sure that they don’t accept any new work commitments after that date. According to reports, the couple has also invited some of their closest friends and business associates. Ali and Richa met while making the movie Fukrey (2013). After dating for a while, in December 2019, while Chadha was on vacation in the Maldives, Fazal proposed to her.
On the professional front, Fukrey 3 will shortly feature Richa and Ali together on film.
