After director and producer Karan Johar said last year that Kartik Aaryan had been removed from the satire because of gossipy tidbits about “unprofessional behavior,” many individuals asked about Dostana 2’s next move. At that point, the actor had been on set for around 30 days.
The two players have gained important headway on their individual fronts following a year. While Aaryan is enjoying the huge success with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, it’s accounted for that Johar has restored Dostana 2. The Janhvi Kapoor and Laksh Lalwani starrer has allegedly approached Akshay Kumar. The team had to rewrite Collin D’Cunha’s directorial debut script due to the casting change.
A source told that with Akshay in the film, the film had to be scaled up in terms of vision. Many scenes were changed to include his persona. The final script was recently finished. Reports have it that Akshay will start recording for the C. Sankaran Nair biopic prior to continuing on toward Dostana 2. The source added that the makers are anxious to get it on the floor by November. A part of the comedy will be shot in London, where it was considered.
Prior, during a social media interview, Aaryan was inquired as to whether his questions with industry folks could cost him work because he is not from a filmy background. He commented that he just focuses on his work. He also asked the media to take a look at his current film timetable.
He explained that what occurs sometimes is that people make a mountain out of a molehill, and there isn’t much else to say. Everyone simply wants to work. Other than that, all they have are rumors.
