Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha-Day 4 Box Office Collection

Laal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor and directed by Advait Chandan, is having a difficult time at the box office because its performance on Sunday didn’t significantly improve. Early projections indicate that Laal Singh Chaddha has increased its take by 15%, reaching somewhere between Rs 9.75 and 10.25 crore. Laal Singh Chaddha’s four-day total is currently at Rs 37.50 crore, and the five-day extended weekend total is expected to reach close to Rs 46 crore.

Laal Singh Chaddha’s opening day turned out to be its greatest day, which is undoubtedly a bad indication for a movie that had a weak debut. Laal Singh Chaddha has seen minor increases in trending on Saturday and Sunday, but that is insufficient for a movie with an Aamir Khan-fronted cast.

Look at Day Wise Collection:

Thursday: Rs 11.50 crore (Holiday)

Friday: Rs 7.25 crore (-37%)

Saturday: Rs 8.75 crore (+20%)

Sunday: Rs 10.00 crore (+15%)

Total: Rs 37.50 crore (Approx)

Despite the partial break due to the Parsi New Year, Laal Singh Chaddha has one more day to add some numbers to its overall tally because a crash is unavoidable on Tuesday. The film is projected to earn less than Rs 70 crore in its whole lifetime, which is a disappointing performance given its star power, audience expectations, timing, and budget. Laal Singh Chaddha would turn out to be one of Aamir Khan’s few unsuccessful films and his first misstep since the release of Mela in 2000.

Laal Singh Chaddha’s Forrest Gump remake has earned approximately $5 million (roughly Rs. 40 crore) in its foreign run, bringing its total worldwide earnings to Rs. 84 crores. Even this is a poor performance for an Aamir Khan production.
