Salaam Venky, which is being directed by Revathy, will shortly feature Kajol. It is one of the most anticipated movies, and fans of the actress have been impatiently awaiting updates about it. In the trailer, we can see Kajol who portrays the role of Sujata, a mother looking after her differently-abled son, played by Vishal. As Venky lays on the hospital bed, the mother and son can be heard mouthing Rajesh Khanna’s famous line from the movie Anand, “Zindagi lamb nahi badi honi chahiye babumoshai.”
Sujatha (Kajol) demonstrates the true meaning of existence by persevering in the face of adversity for her kid, whom she loves without condition.

What really excited us—aside from the trailer—was Aamir Khan’s unexpected presence. Although his part in Salaam Venky is still unknown, Kajol and Aamir’s reunion after their 2006 film, Fanaa, is something we look forward to.
