‘Bangarraju’ fame Naga Chaitanya to star in Telugu remake of ‘Maanaadu’

Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is in talks for the Telugu redo of the Tamil film ‘Maanaadu‘. In spite of no official confirmation in regards to the news, Tollywood insiders are persuaded that Naga Chaitanya is sure to play the lead job in the change of Simbu’s new hit film. The movie is directed by Venkat Prabhu, ‘Maanaadu’, and stars Silambarasan (‘Simbu’) and S.J. Suryah in the lead roles. Daggubati Suresh, the owner of Suresh Productions is the maternal uncle of Naga Chaitanya. Hence it is said that the creation group to have roped in with the ‘Bangarraju’ fame to play the lead job. Sources close to the production house also suggest that Chaitanya has given the idea his nod after listening to the story narration. Naga Chaitanya, who is is currently enjoying the success of his two films, ‘Love Story’ and ‘Bangarraju’. He is well headed to wrap up his going for Vikram Kumar’s ‘Thank You, in which Raashii Khanna is to be viewed as his love. Directors Parashuram, Vijay Kanakamedala, and Nandini Reddy are said to be in talks to direct Chaitanya in the coming days.
