Amitabh Bachchan shares a poem for his son Abhishek for the film Bob Biswas

Entertainer Amitabh Bachchan shared a video poem on the forthcoming film Bob Biswas. The Kahaani spin-off stars his son, entertainer Abhishek Bachchan, in the main lead job. The video was imparted to a tweet that cited a couplet by poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan, Amitabh’s dad and Abhishek’s granddad.

The Hindi lines read, “My sons will not become my inheritors just because we share the same surname. They will be called my sons because they will justify their legacy. मेरा बेटा, मेरा उत्तराधिकारी .. My pride, my son, my inheritor. Video Poem Courtesy: EF P. Ahuja.”

The Kahani spin-off is the journey of Bob Biswas, a moderately aged assassin for-employ who emerges from a delayed trance state not having the memorable option any insights concerning his life and his past including his own family. As he attempts to recollect his personality, scenes from his past wake up, placing him in an ethical predicament between the historical backdrop of his own deeds versus his recently evolved feeling of good and bad.

Bob Biswas, directed by Diya Annapurna Ghosh is produced by Gauri Khan, Sujoy Ghosh, and Gaurav Verma. The film is a Boundscript production introduced by Red Chillies Entertainment and set to debut on India’s biggest local OTT stage, ZEE5 on third

December.
