Revathi has revealed that after her divorce she wanted to have a child and with the concurrence and help of her parents, she gave birth to a girl child by the IVF (test tube) method. The little girl is named Mahi and Revathi has stated in an interview that the five-year-old is like any other child and doing very well. She has now opened up about this because rumors started spreading that she had adopted her and did not want it to affect her in the future.
