Meanwhile, the trailer of the film was leaked on YouTube. The trailer, which appeared on YouTube hours ago, now has thousands of viewers. After this, Prithviraj released the official trailer through his production company account. At the same time, the audience is waiting for the official announcement regarding the release of Aadujeevitham. The track record of the project Aadujeevitham so far is unparalleled in Malayalam cinema. It took director Blessy over 160 days to complete his dream project. But it took four and a half years for Blessy and his team to achieve this. The main reasons for this were the shooting in the desert and the covid epidemic that came in between. Prithviraj had to lose weight and undergo a major makeover to play the lead role in the film.

The shooting of Aadujeevatam started in February 2018 in Pathanamthitta. Filming also took place in Jordan in the same year. Later in 2020, filming took place in Jordan. But due to the cancellation of international flight services in the wake of Kovid, the film crew was stuck there for more than two months. On March 16, 2022, the next phase began shooting in Sahara, Algeria.
