SBI has temporarily waived the processing charge for home loans. The processing charge was waived as part of the bank’s monsoon offer. SBI’s offer is valid till August 31. SBI charges a processing fee of 0.40 percent.
SBI has also offered an additional 0.5 percent discount on loans applied for through the Yono app. Women can avail of this special exemption even if they have not applied through the Yono app.
SBI MD CS Shetty said he was happy to present the Monsoon Dhamaka offer. It is hoped that by announcing the offer, more people will come to borrow. He said that this will make the dream of more people’s homes come true.
