Mukesh (born Mukesh Madhavan on 5 March 1957) is an Indian film actor, producer, television presenter, and politician known for his work predominantly in Malayalam cinema. He is best known for his comedic roles in films. He was the chairman of Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy. Mukesh is the current MLA representing the Kollam constituency of Kerala state. He is one of the established actor in the Malayalam film industry from 90s.
