She was arrested by Chennai police in Kerala in August 2021 and later conceded bail in September. Presently, the disputable Meera Mithun has been arrested by the Chennai city cyber crime wing police having the non-bailable warrant given by the Egmore court.
Meanwhile, the case came up for hearing in the Chennai Magistrate’s Court yesterday. But actress Meera Mithun did not appear for the hearing. The judge issued a non-bailable warrant for Meera Mithun and ordered the Central Criminal Division police to arrest him and produce him on April 4. Actress Meera Mithun was arrested by the Chennai Central Crime Branch police today.
