Jaguar Land Rover India has launched the new Land Rover Discovery in India. The ex-showroom price of the vehicle in India starts at Rs 88.06 lakh and the latest generation is a powerful and efficient six-cylinder engine with petrol and diesel engine. The company said in a statement that it has a number of features, including Advanced PV Pro Infotainment. The company claims that the new Discovery is one of the best seven-seat premium SUVs in the world in terms of efficiency, connectivity, and versatility. Discovery features such as the clamshell bonnet, stepped roof, and large-view C-pillar continue this year.
The new Discovery combines an animated sweeping front, rear indicators, and a new side vent. The interior is designed to withstand the craftmanship of the Discovery without losing the full-size seven-seat layout. The Discover also features a spacious cabin, PV Pro infotainment, a completely redesigned center console, and a 28.95 cm (11.4) full HD touchscreen with a 48 percent increase in size. Land Rover’s Click and Go tablet holder is attached to the back of the front seat for comfort and convenience. Seat profiling is designed to provide a comfortable travel experience for the family. Driving will be confident and effortless as it will give the driver a better view from the command driving position. The new Discovery Six is powered by Ingenium petrol and diesel engines. Land Rover’s four-cylinder P300 engine petrol power train is also available. The six-cylinder engine feature allows for optimal torque on the front and rear axles. Torque distribution is possible through the sensor depending on the situation. The new intelligent all-wheel-drive system maximizes traction and enhances on-road dynamics and driveline efficiency. According to Jaguar Land Rover India, this will increase fuel efficiency and reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
